Meera Nair was raised in India but now lives in New York city. She comes to India often, mostly to visit her favorite top-secret chaat cart in Bangalore. Her debut collection 'Video' won the Asian-American Literary Award and was a Washington Post 'Best Book of the Year'. She is currently the Fiction Writer-in-Residence at Fordham University.
Priya Kuriyan is a children's book writer, illustrator, comics maker and animator. A graduate of NID, she has directed educational films for the Sesame Street show (India) and the Children's Film Society of India. She dabbles with various visual styles and fills her sketchbooks with strange caricatures of people from places she travels to.
